This is very much a work in progress. I was away from London for 10 years – so this will help to guide me to all places delicious and healthsome. It’s going to take me a while to catch up 😉
I started with High Mood Food – the best salad and ferments I’ve had outside of my own kitchen in forever.
Green for juices, black for restaurants, yellow for cafes/daytime food only, brown for cafes (nut milk/matcha etc), purple for health stores and farmer’s markets, blue for far infrared saunas and spa stuff.
